1. The Service

Render House provides AI-assisted exterior rendering from user-supplied images (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with Google or GitHub to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and commercial use

• Free plan: personal, non-commercial use only
• Paid plans: commercial use permitted

4. User content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to operate the Service and deliver renders.

You represent that you have the legal rights to upload and use your content.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law
• Create or distribute NSFW or sexually explicit content
• Harass, abuse, or promote hate
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Generate or share content that violates our payment processor's requirements

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Creem's merchant-of-record review requirements.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI renders may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Creem. Refund requests must be sent to support@renderhouse.org and will be reviewed case by case.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when changes are made.
