How Render House collects, uses, and protects your data

Overview

Render House is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account data

  • Name and email from Google or GitHub OAuth (via Better Auth)

User content

  • Images you upload
  • Render outputs we generate

Prompts and chat

  • We do not store chat messages or prompts.

Payments

  • Payments are handled by Creem (merchant of record). We receive only limited billing status and plan details needed to provide service access.

Analytics

  • We use Plausible, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. These may collect usage data through cookies.

Access logs

  • We do not store access logs (for example IP address, device fingerprint, or browser details).

How we use information

  • Provide and improve the rendering service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Operate the product and maintain reliability
  • Process subscriptions and manage access
  • Generate renders by sending your inputs to our AI providers

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We share data only with service providers required to deliver the service:

  • Authentication: Google, GitHub, Better Auth
  • AI inference: OpenRouter, fal.ai
  • Storage: Cloudflare R2
  • Payments: Creem
  • Analytics: Plausible, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity

Data retention

  • Uploaded images and generated renders are stored only to provide the service.
  • When you delete a project, associated files are deleted immediately.
  • Prompts and chat messages are not stored.

You can delete projects directly in the product or request deletion by emailing support@renderhouse.org.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure.

Children

Render House is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when changes are made.
